FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Orders may be placed on our website by simply adding items to your cart and proceeding to check out. In this process you can either sign in, create a new account, or check out as a guest. Orders may also be made by email to info@doylesails.co.nz or by phone, however online orders are processed with priority.

If an item is out stock then the clothing will be shipped at the first opportunity once our new stock is ready for dispatch. We will endeavour to keep all of our products visible online in stock. 

Payment options include: Credit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal, Direct credit, and On Account. If you wish to be set up with payment terms then you will need to complete a credit application form.  Doyle Sails International reserves the right to reject applications for credit terms or on account purchases if they do not meet our criteria.

 

CAN I BUY 'ON ACCOUNT'?

If you are part of our network of Doyle lofts you can purchase clothing through our 'On Account' process - please note, your loft must have a current and approved account with Doyle Sails New Zealand. Please select this option when you check out. Our accounts team will then be in touch with your invoice once the products are shipped.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

There are no minimum quantities so you can order as much or as little as you like. 

 

BETTER PRICE FOR A LARGER QUANTITY?

We do offer price breaks that will apply automatically when ordering larger quantities. The relevant price will be automatically applied upon adding items to your cart.

 

IS EVERYTHING ONLINE IN STOCK?

We will endeavour to keep our website up to date so that every product online is in stock and ready to ship. Should there be an occasion where a product is ordered and out of stock, we will be in touch right away to let you know the estimated delivery date. If this doesn't suit we can either exchange or refund your purchase.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Absolutely. We would love to hear what you have in mind and work together to create something amazing.

Please log in using your email and password on the top right. If you have forgotten your password please follow the prompts to reset your password.

Once logged in, under My Account you may view your account details, addresses and orders.

 

I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH A DISCOUNT CODE? 

Promo codes are applied on the Your Cart page. Please note that some promo codes are case sensitive and have an expiry date.
